Christopher DeCormis McManus

Chris was one of our 1962 class of special people. There were 55 of us and that probably could classify us a an elite group....but that was the normal size of the classes at Georgetown Preparator School at that day and time. However Chris managed to create a life of service to his Lord and fellow man ( according to his biography ). Would that others would say the same about us fellow classmatesof 1962. RIP Chris. Pray for us.

Mr. McManus as he was known at Scranton Prep had a massive impact on many students, especially me. He started teaching computer programming to a handful of us that he convinced to come to school an hour early for the class. Because of that class I majored in Computer Science and spent the next 40 years 'working' in a field that I loved.
