I truly miss Chris I met when moved up to Kendallville. We became great buddies. He was great sole taken to see. Miss ya brother

I loved christopher as a little brother and best friend, i would like to get in contact with his mother and fiance but i miss you everyday bro you were the best on the worst of days thank you for letting God allow us to meet

Thank you all for your kind words, and your continued thoughts and prayers. I just now found out that people were still writing in his guestbook. Chris was my husband, my world, my best friend, and my heart. Now he is my star in the sky. He was kind, loving, gracious, charitable, and so funny. He would've been 31 yesterday. Its hard to believe that its been 11 years since he was called to his heavenly home. I still struggle everyday, but it is awesome to know that he changed so many...

My Brother I never knew you in life but I only heard of your passing. I am sorry to learn of what happened to you. I do pray for your loved ones, family and friends as they cope with your loss. May the Good Lord show His grace and blessings upon your family as they remember you for your good honorable and noble service to both God and a very grateful Nation. Thank you my Brother for your service and sacrifice. May the Good Lord bless you with a peace that surpasses all human understanding now...

I got to know Chris and train with him and I will never forget him and I am a better person for knowing him.

I just wanted to say God Bless to the Monroe Family. Christopher's sacrifice will never be forgotten. There have many times over the years that I am driving in my patrol car and realize how fortunate we all are for great men like Christopher.
