Chris was " one of the good guys". Hard to believe he's gone - his smile and good natured - yet hearty laugh will live on forever in the minds of all who knew or worked with Chris. I'm a retired trooper who is a half dozen years his senior, but who always took Chris's counsel. Due to family health issues I was unable to visit him and his family to pay respects.
