Dr. Christopher T. Olson Ph.D.

OLSON, Dr. Christopher T. PhD - Of Lincoln, Nebraska, formerly of Flint, age 51, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at his residence. A private service will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of one's choice. Chris was born in Flint, Michigan on July 4, 1951 and was a resident of the Flint area until 1973. He graduated with the class of 1969 from Flint Southwestern High School. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1973 and from Columbia University in 1975. Chris completed his doctorate studies at Ohio State University and the University of Chicago. Dr. Olson moved to Lincoln, Nebraska in the 1980's and taught at Nebraska Wesleyan University, as a professor of Social Psychology and Statistics. Surviving are parents, Roy and LaDoris Olson of Swartz Creek; brothers, Stephen and wife Karen of Minnetonka, Minnesota, Eric A. and wife Laurie of Howell; aunt, Eleanor Olson of Minnetonka, Minnesota; 1 niece and 2 nephews; longtime friend and business partner, Martin Kline and wife Marilyn of Lincoln, Nebraska.
