Chris was such a sunny presence at Spring Valley. We will all miss him and his friendly demeanor. My mother Agnes was happy to have him as an across-the-hall neighbor and table mate. Condolences to his family with a shout out to son Chris who was very caring and attentive with his dad. And let's have a good upcoming Ducks football season in Chris's honor!

I have known Chris for about 3 years here at Spring Valley.
I always enjoyed talking to him and seeing him attending to his garden outside the dinning room. I know he will be missed by every resident here at Spring Valley. He was such a nice person. My condolences to the family.

Chris was one of those people you meet for the first time and immediately he feels like an old friend. Always warm and friendly and a true inspiration to me. He will be greatly missed. My warmest condolences to the entire family.
