Chris and I were very close real estate friends from 2010 and on and came very close to working together when he went out on his own in 2014 or so. Lots of lunches in that last year at Champs Oak Brook talking about our families ad nauseum. He talked so much about Roxie, his daughter being the apple of his eye, and non-stop soccer/football notes about his sons.
