Not sure what to say?

You were the best of the best and the example of an NCO and a leader that we fellow NCOs always tried to emulate. No matter how much time goes by, I will always strive to be as amazing as SFC Willoughby. As the time passes your memories remain and you are not forgotten. One could not ask for a better Airborne Ranger in the Sky!! AATW!!

Our units worked together in Iraq. LRRS NG from Georgia and the truckers from California, what a pair. RIP
