A sixty year friendship has not ended only endured. Your family took me in we became brothers watched each others back both through hardships and victories. Legend says you have only a few real friends, can count them on the fingers of one hand and have several left over. I had four. See you on the other side.

So sorry to learn of Chris´s passing. I´m another cousin (also born the same year!) who remembers many visits with Chris, his brother David and parents in Lenox where our mothers´ family lived for many years. I hope your good memories of Chris help you through this sad time.

Matt, Marcus, and Mitch, I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was always someone we could count on when we needed help. And I know he trained his sons similarly. You could always count on him for a funny story. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Chris was a gem of a neighbor. He came to our aid during some of our saddest times, showing up with his backhoe to when we had to say goodbye to various horses over the years. He knew just what to do and how to do it, both with his tractor and with his heart. We were heartbroken to learn of his passing and wish his family love and peace during this sad time.
