Christopher Schell

We just got word today of Chris’ passing. We are deeply saddened and wish to extend our sympathies to Deb and his family.

We were neighbors for many years in Voluntown, but more importantly we were good friends. We schemed of sharing a generator, building a chicken coop on the property line, and even a pond/with sauna. We moved, retired and slowly lost contact except an occasional e-mail to share recipes.

My deepest condolences to Deb and the Schell family. I will miss my favorite foodie friend. I enjoyed his sense of humor and his mild manner. Deb, you and Chris were wonderful together, cherish all those special memories.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Chris's passing. Chris was one of my favorite people for his sense of humor, his intellect and knowledge, his joy of life and good nature. Chris was a great friend. My deepest sympathies go out to Deb and the Schell family.
