Rigby Harting and Hagan Funeral Home - Media Obituary

Christopher Sclafani passed away unexpectedly on May 26, 2025 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Christopher grew up in Wayne, PA. He graduated from Devon Prep (Class of ‘03) & attended Front Range College in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Christopher had an immense passion for music, creative writing, coaching youth basketball & flag football and a love of animals. We will remember all of this with joy & fondness.

Christopher is survived by his loving parents, Chris & Eileen Sclafani, siblings Jonathan Sclafani & Lizzie Jablonowski, his adoring nieces Remi & Shiloh Jablonowski and his Grandmother Dorothy Sclafani. He is also survived by a host of devoted Cousins, Aunts and Uncles, and close friends.

Friends and family are invited to his Memorial Service Wednesday Morning, June 4th 11AM - at Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home, 15 E 4th St, Media, PA 19063. An open house lunch reception will follow at DiFabio’s Media: 1243 N. Providence Rd Media, PA 19063

In the midst of this tragedy, there has been a glimmer of light for Christopher’s family & friends. Christopher was able to be an organ donor as his final gift, helping to save numerous lives. It has helped our family immensely knowing he will live on in others and give us hope through this difficult time.

In honor of Christopher, and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Donor Alliance Colorado (www.donoralliance.org/contribute/).
