I met Chris at the wedding of his cousin, Charlene. The last time I saw Chris, we were both at a gas station in Elkton many years ago when we recognized each other. He was the same good guy. He certainly will be missed by all who knew him and loved him. RIP my friend.

Mrs. Slaughter & Family,
Please accept my deepest, most heartfelt condolences for the sad and unexpected passing of Chris. I had the distinct privilege and high honor to have worked with Chris. I enjoyed Chris's personal friendship for many years and will truly miss him. As I personally told Chris many times, I considered him to be the best Mason I ever work with during my 40 years in business. I like to think that Chris is now building all of us a more glorious place in Heaven!

Dearest LeAnn and LJ,
So very sorry for your loss as well as ours, his friends who will remember him for the man he was. He was quiet in nature but was the first too step up if you needed help. Fred and I especially enjoyed shooting trap with Chris and have been reminiscing all the good times the four of us shared.
In Loving Memory,

LeAnn and Lauren Jean,
So very sorry to hear about Chris's passing. He was a wonderful person. I have a number of fond memories of Chris especially during our younger years. He was quite, but his smile and laughter was all you needed and something I will always remember. He will dearly be missed. God bless you and your family.
Love you.
