Not sure what to say?

Hard to believe it´s been 10 years! I´ll enjoy a shot of fine spirits tonight in honor of you and our good times.

Hard to fathom that it was 10 years ago. Still miss those weekly calls and long interactions when we met in person. He would have enjoyed visiting the Maine coast where I now reside.

I still after 9+ years very much miss my dear friend Chris, he was such a great guy, he went out of his way to be helpful, supportive and constructive to everyone he interacted with. He came to our home on Christmas bringing a pair of dumbbells for me and a tiny set for my first infant grandson. Such a kind and thoughtful soul. I miss our time discussing everything and laughing together. You left so abruptly I never got to say good bye. Until we meet again, your pal John

Hard to believe it is five years since our loss. Many times during that time I have read or experienced something that 'I should talk to Chris about'. Unfortunately that conversation can not be had on the phone or in person anymore. There are just the many fond memories.

Chris was a very close and dear friend for nearly 35 years during which we always talked, regularly met, shared reading experiences, ate well, discussed current events, politics, books and attended art performances together. Not only was he my best man and a frequent guest in my home over the years, during two years in Silicon Valley, his home was my home away from home and his sofa was always ready when I visited the area. Having talked to Chris on average every two weeks for the last 30...

I just made a donation to Music at Menlo in memory of Chris. Like Chris, or Khaki, as I called him as a child, I love music. It is one of the great joys of living and listening to it can help ease the pain we all feel when someone we love, like Chris, has passed away.

Chris, when he was young ...

I have been deeply touched to meet, read and hear from my late brother's friends, who enjoyed him and cared about him. I will miss Chris' devotion to our family, his wonderful sense of humor ... and getting my yearly birthday call from him with a new & funny rendition of "Happy Birthday" (by saxophone, scat, recorder, etc). We love you, Chris, and always will.

Christopher was a dear friend, a passionate man, a talented dancer, a voracious reader, and a dedicated learner of many things, including music, most recently through Music @ Menlo. What a sweet, funny guy, gone way too soon...I miss him.

We fondly remember that Terry undertook to memorize Shakespeare's sonnets one each week. He did it! We also remember his wit , erudition , and his presence at Music @ Menlo.
