Christopher my students loved your books. I couldn't keep them on the shelf in the library. May the family gain comfort and peace during this most difficult time from the God who cares for you.

My Sincere Condolences to the Tolkien Family and All his Fans.

Reading JRR's letters to his son said everything about how close they were. How lucky are people who have shared this kind of unconditional love. I admired Christopher's work with his father's writings and the work he did after JRR's death that allowed so many of us to continue to enjoy the world he created for Christopher and then generously shared with the world. Thank you Christopher Tolkien, rest in well deserved peace.
