Not sure what to say?

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there... I do not sleep.
I am the thousand winds that blow...
I am the diamond glints on snow...
I am the sunlight on ripened grain...
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you waken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of gentle birds in circling flight...
I am the soft star that shines at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry—
I am not there... I did not die......

I first met Chris back in the 80's, & spent the summer of 1980 with him & friends. What I loved about him was his sense of humor, & his open mind. He was soooo much fun to be around & there was never a dull moment.
My heart goes out to his family & especially, his children. He will truely be missed. They are ALL in my thoughts & prayers.

I am heartbroken. I knew Mrs Tynan when I worked at Natural Beauty Hair Salon and I got to know Chris after OPRFHS. Chris had the most beautiful long hair I had ever seen on a man. What a great guy! I will cherish the memories of "air" drumming together in perfect sync. God Bless Chris and his family!

I was greatly saddened to hear of Chris' death. I first met Chris the summer before we entered 7th grade together, and I have always had great fondness for him. Any opportunity I've had since then to talk with Chris has brought a smile to my face, though it's been quite a few years. Everyone I spoke with recently has echoed what I have known about Chris -- he was a terrific, warm and caring person. He will be sorely missed by all of us whose lives he touched. May God bless his children...

An Old Storm Center friend. Always loved Chris for his charm. May God bless Chris's family in all that he knows they need this day. God Bless

Our whole family is sadden by Chris' death. We met him when he first moved in and until his untimely death we remained friends. He was always willing to help and advise us with some construction problems. He was very good to his children and loved them very much.Terry was very upset since she and Chris had many long conversations, we will all miss him. Rest in peace Chris.

We are all so very sad at this time for the Tynan family. Chris was an amazing father, husband and friend. If you ever needed ANYTHING, he was always one u know u could count on.

His spirt will live on forever in all of us that knew and loved him.

A golden heart stopped beating
his hard-working hands are at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.

We will all miss u Chris,
Marci, Larry, Taylor n...

Chris was a great neighbor, friend to many, but most of all we marvel at the wonderful father he was. He will truly be missed here on Country Lane. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
