Not sure what to say?

Oh my friend Chris, I just now learned of your passing into the loving bosom of Almighty God. May your memory be eternal.
May God give rest to the soul of his servant where there is no pain, nor sorrow, nor suffering, but life everlasting.
Our time together in school is forever in my thoughts. Thank you for the memories. Amy my friend, life to you and your son's.

Your family does not know us, however we bought your old 2005 Volvo XC90. The phone says home,Chris White. We are second owners and I,Jill was interested in finding out why the family sold the car. Was going to call, however after researching I am saddened to find that you all have lost your beloved husband and father. God bless you all, we are so sorry. May the good Lord heal, bless and guide you through this life.
Sincerely,
Jill

Chris & Amy, 1989 or 1990

With great sadness, I just now learned (on Christmas eve) that my old friend has moved on to a new place. Chris and I met in 1989 at college in Boston and though I can't remember exactly where, it was likely in the back row of some class. Since we were both a bit older than our classmates, we naturally gravitated to each other and quickly became friends; not to mention that fact that we both had a car which enabled many many hours of our favorite non-college related activity; golf. When...

Amy, Connor, Sebastian and Aidan -
We just received your Christmas card and are very saddened to hear of Chris' passing. Although it's been many years since Kathy, Joanna, Eric and I have seen you we have always considered you close friends. I have many found memories of playing golf with Chris. A terrific guy who will be missed by many every day. We pray for all of you and will continue to hold you in our hearts.

Dear Amy and Boys - We have kept you in our daily prayers, and today I offer a few thoughts and memories that have come to mind these last few weeks. My hope is that they will warm your hearts and perhaps ease the pain, just a bit. First, Amy, I always admired the teamwork that you and Chris showed in your parenting, especially when the boys were young and demanding as young boys are. Even on the busiest days with school/soccer/class projects/field trips, you were steady with the boys and...

I met Chris when he was part of the team at Opsis Architects who assisted the University of Idaho with our efforts to revitalize the ASUI Kibbie Activity Center. Chris made a big impact with us in a very short time. To his family, know that we came to know Chris as a talented Architect and good person through his work here at the University of Idaho. We always looked forward to his visits with us. Our thoughts are with you, and we will all remember Chris very fondly.

Amy, Connor, Sebastian and Aidan, I'm so sorry to hear the news about Chris. He has always been such a great guy - someone I looked forward to seeing when the families got together and his sense of humor and good company will always be the cause of many of the wonderful memories. Natalie and I have you all in our prayers. - Jim and Natalie Boland
