Christopher Charles Zank

Gosh, this saddens me, I knew Chris back in the 80's..I believe he came to IHM when I was in 6th grade..We rode bikes all over EGR and had many adventures down by Reed's Lake, whether it was fishing and just plain looking around at down by the lake..I know how it saddened him, when his father was killed, that year, many of my classmates lost their fathers and mother's..I believe a total of 8 of us lost parents, in a class of 60..Chris always had an awesome grin and even better laugh..I lost...

I will always remember that bright smile and big grin looking at me at the front door wondering if Matt could come out and play. Chris was the kindest, nicest young man one could ever meet and always made our family laugh and smile. Jim enjoyed him so much in scouting and he was always so enthused about camping, hiking, making fires and whatever the boy scouts had planned. I well remember the fun times at Camp Scott-E on overnights with the family.

I can't imagine how sad it must be...

Sending love, healing and prayers to your family from an old classmate of Chris's. It doesn't seem fair that the world should lose the funny, bright guy I remember. May he rest in peace.
