Not sure what to say?

"Chris" will never be forgotten by me any more than Paul, Lilly, or Spiro as they all brought happy memories to my & my family´s life...WHOP days continued with Fred and grew & grew ..a favorite "special night" dinner for sure but it was the fun shared while we waited for Chris & Paul to cook the pizza...you ARE missed...

Dearest Maria, Popi, and John- So sad to hear of "Chef's " passing. My sincere condolences to you. He was definately the nicest chef I ever worked for. Prayers for you all.

So sorry for your loss. Never knew the family owned the Blue Jay but we always stopped there after a day at Breezy Beach when my kids were young and most recently seeing him at the Price Chopper all the time asking what I was sampling. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers..

May his sole rest in peace. He was one of the good guys! Keep your memories close and he will always be with you....

With Much Sympathy,

Our prayers & thoughts are with you and your family. Darlene & Paul Pavone

To all of the Economou families:
I was saddened to hear of the tragic death of Chris...I remember him from so many years ago...I remember when WHOP 1st opened as I lived right across the street...I remember Chris & Paul teasing & joking & the laughter...I remember Lilly's beautiful smile & ALWAYS feeling right at home...it was ALWAYS fun to go there...this has been a tough year for the Economou families & my heart goes out to you all...

Maria and Popi and John...our best love and deepest sadness at your loss. He will always be remembered for that smile and his warmth...we have missed you both Maria since the Blue Jay closed, but think of you often. God Bless you all.

To the Economou Family: So sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace.
