I work with Russ and due to vacations and scheduling first learned of his wifes passing in mid January. Russ is a good man who is struggling with a loss of a soul mate. It's not easy.I know, he and I share that. He needs room to breathe. I ask him everyday how he is @ work. If he wants to talk we do. If he wants to vent I let him. Everyone needs to do the same.
