Not sure what to say?

Christy "Uncle Chris" was the best god-father a girl could ask for. My parents worked with Susie at Buffalo Forge and became friends with Christy. I'll never forget seeing "Caddy" at Hector's or his jokes or how he was there for me when my father passed away. He will be so missed and my condolences to his family.

I knew Chris for 5 1/2 years from Hectors Hardware. I was the last person he hired there. The window and screen repair position. We always talked and joked. He will be missed.

I am so sorry that I can't be at the funeral. Your uncle was one of my all-time favorite customers at Lunetta's. More than that, he was a friend. His kindness and good humor have been truly missed! We are all fortunate to have known him. Sincerely, Caren Lunetta Stegner

Mr. Christy was a very nice man that I had the honor and pleasure of taking care at Beechwood Wells Hospice unit. He had such a beautiful smile even when he wasn't feeling his best. RIP Mr. Handsome

It isn't the same walking into Hector's and not seeing Chris. He always helped my grandfather back in the 70's and 80's, my mother after that, and finally me, with any and all home repair questions. Chris will be in our prayers, and will always remember him as a wonderful person. Our thoughts and prayers go out his family.

I am sad he is no longer with us. My deepest sympathy to his family.
He helped me out in the hardware store for many years and employed my services for several years. Chris was as fair and honest in business as he was in life. He was a good friend. Thanks Chris! God bless you.
Sincerely,

Our condolances to the Rizzo family:

We have known Chris for some time. I went thru high school with Susie and got to know and love Chris. They were a great couple and we shared a lot of good parties with his jokes and great smile. At least now they are back together. I was fortunate to visit him at the Wells Hospice House and he still had that smile despite his illness. Rest in peace our friend and enjoy your reunion with Sue.

On behalf of the members of the Western NY Region Cadillac & LaSalle Club, we send our sincere condolences to Chris's family. We will all miss him greatly.

To the family of Christy all of my prayers and sympathy in your time of sorrow. I have not seen Christy since we were kids on Whitney Place and helped him deliver papers in a wagon. Great times with a person I will always consider a good friend.
