So sorry to hear about Mr Barris. I loved watching that show and would even answer for the bachelorettes. To his family I pray that you will find comfort in his funny stories. (smile)

It's really sad when TV personalities such as Chuck Barris passes away. He made us laugh when there wasn't much to laugh about. May God's peace help to comfort his family and friends and fans today and the weeks and months ahead. So sorry for your loss.

An old saying is " laughter is the best medicine " then certainly Chuck proved himself to be a doctor of comedy. His uncanny ability to make people laugh was truly a gift and he used it to help others. He lived a long life which indicates he had a special might that is rare these days. ( Psalms 90:10). He will be fondly remembered by many.

His shows were harmless and positive - definitely fun, simple and eminently watchable. He was one of a kind and will be missed by so many of us who loved The Gong Show - we miss him already - thanks, Chuck, for making us laugh beyond boundaries!
