So many memories with Uncle Charlie! I will never forget how Aunt Lil and Uncle Charlie "saved" our wedding. August and I were notified that our original reception hall was no longer available (only three months before the big day!). Uncle Charlie and Aunt Lil offered their home to host our wedding---and it was truly a beautiful day! Long Live the shrimp tree--Uncle Charlie at the BBQ grill---and that glass of wine! Dear Mrs. Chiapellone , Chuck was a wonderful caring man and taught me so much working with him and the team out of Marin Catholic and working for Mrs. Chiapellone at St. Vincents school Kitchen. I treasure what he has taught me. I owe alot of my food service career to him and to Lillian. My sincere Sympathy to mrs. Chiapellone and Family for your loss.
