It is only recently that I learned that Mr. Zech had passed away. My condolences to you and your family. Whenever I met Mr. Zech, he radiated such warmth and kindness. People like that are rare. He will be missed.

We thought of Mr. Zech as our BCBSM father. He was very compassionate and a highly respected leader. Mr. Zech treated EACH and EVERY one of us with thee utmost respect. We loved him and he will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Chuck Zech A Life Well Lived

To The Family of Chuck Zech,

I had the pleasure to serve on Chuck's staff in West Michigan. From the moment I met Chuck, I knew that he was a person of high integrity and that he possessed a deep caring for people. He treated all with dignity and respect. I learned a lot from him. He will be missed but not forgotten.

Chuck was like a magnet. He genuinely cared about you as a person regardless who you were or what position you held. A gentle man with a "heart of gold". Indeed he will be sadly missed.

Dear Caroline and family,
I know Chuck from his work on our
board at Arbor Circle. He was always a strong advocate for the needy. He always had a kind word and encouragement for everyone. I felt blessed to be guided by such a great man of courage and caring. My deepest sympathy to you and the family during this time.

Dear Caroline and Family: All of us at Arbor Circle send our love and sympathy to you at this time of such great loss. Chuck's contributions to the worlds he moved in were enormous but in every encounter I had with him, all of you were what he talked about with love. May you be warmed and consoled by great family memories-- and the knowledge that many share in your loss with gratitude for having been touched by Chuck's generosity of spirit.
