I can't truly put into words the person that you were... Always keeping it "real", and smiling and cracking jokes on folks. Making people laugh and smile was your thing,you are going to be missed dearly by your old and new friends....

I just wanted to say that I will miss Cicely and her laughter and smile that she always gave everytime I saw her when we worked together at Fiesta. I pray that God continue to bless the family and her children and know that God still has control and holds all power in his hands. Psalms 121
