This week I received a care package in honor of Cindy from Compass Oncology. I was unbelievably touched how her friends and family have chosen to honor her by easing some discomfort of others. I have felt compelled to learn more about such a special woman that inspired others. When I received the bag and began to read the tags, I cried for the loss of such an amazing woman.
It wasn't until I was home that I even looked in the tote. I am stunned by the very practical and thoughtful...

Cindy was such a joy to be around. She had such a sense of humor, one in a million. I will miss her, thoughts to her family.

My heart broke to hear of Cindy's passing. We had a nice visit at the Dockside just a few short weeks ago. Cindy was indeed a very special woman. Witty, funny, upbeat and positive. Her heart was as as big as her smile and when she hugged you, you knew she meant it! She was blessed with a loving family and she knew it and was forever grateful. She will be missed by so many. I just heard a bell ring and I'm pretty sure it was a new angel getting...
