Not sure what to say?

Cindy is an amazing person and my little sister. It was with incredible sorrow that I found-out of her passing. My love, prayers and embraces go out to the entire Mendez family, especially Trine and Santos, the best parents a child could have.
I will always consider you my extended family and will always carry Cindy close to my heart.

Having met Cindy a couple of times, first time a birthday trip to Reno, the second at a wedding, it was easy to be her friend. Her easy laugh and smile were very warming. I am sorry for you loss, but just know that you now have an Angel. Prayers for your family.

R.I.P. CINDY YOU WILL BE MISSED !!! LOVE ALWAYS, JEANA & GABBY XOXO

May you take comfort in knowing an Angel is watching over you...
Peace, prayers and blessings to the McDow & Mendez Family

I met Cindy one time through my sister, Sherry Surwald. We had gone to Reno for a birthday party. I don't think I have ever met someone with so much spirit. I fell in love with her sense of humor and laughter instantly! I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the Mendez family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Cindy I will miss your beautiful smile and sweet happy laugh...May God bless the Mendez family...
