Cindy L. Rader

Cindy was born on October 6, 1967 and passed away on Friday, September 1, 2017. Cindy was a resident of Knox, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Cindy was a 1985 graduate of Keystone High School, earned an Associate Degree in Nursing and was a Certified Psychiatric Nurse. There will be no public calling hours or services.
