Cindy Lou Taylor, 64, of Plant City, FL, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2021 at Life Path Hospice, Lakeland, FL, after courageous battle with Cancer. She was born on July 28, 1957 in Montrose, PA, to Gayle and Brenda (Masters) Charles. Her devoted and loving husband Kevin Lee Taylor was by her side at her passing.


She is survived by her two sons, Adam Crowley, Hazelton, PA and Alex Crowley, Plant City, FL and granddaughter Allie Daubert, whom she and Kevin adored and loved dearly. She also is survived her brother, Randy (Dawn) Charles, and two sisters, Lori (Christopher) Steele, Amy (Jeff) McKeon, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her twin sister, Candy Marie Jeffries in 2017, her sister Wendy Sue Gulish in 1994; and all three passed away due to cancer. 


Cindy graduated from Elk Lake High School and attended Luzerne Community College.  She worked as a Medical Transcription until her retirement. She then was employed at Keel Farms Winery in Plant City, FL; Cindy enjoyed her co-workers and serving the customers. Cindy always had a smile on her face and will be greatly missed.


In her spare time Cindy enjoyed reading, photography, flower gardening, adding photos to face book, and going to the beach with her friends. Despite her illness, Cindy continued to bring light to others, including her twin sister Candy whom she helped care for in her final days at home.


A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday May 21, 2022 at Lynn Cemetery, Springville, PA. Following will be a picnic dinner to be held at Harvey’s Campsite in Lemon, PA, families are welcome to bring a favorite dish.
