Rest in peace Senator Pell

Senator Pell's generosity/grant made it possible for me to graduate college during my time of financial need. I'm filled with so much gratitude!! Salute and thank you!

Fair winds and following seas, sailor.

Thank you for your years of service.

I was honored to walk by Senator Pell's house in Georgetown when I first arrived at Georgetown as a freshman from Oklahoma, and later to walk by his home in Newport as a neighbor. We were fraternity brothers (honorary) and he helped make my college education possible as well as several of my family members and countless Americans. His generousity rings through the ages.

Thank you Senator for your service to the state of Rhode Island and the country. I was able to attend college because of a Pell grant for which I will be forever grateful.

A wonderful man who did so much for my family and me. He shall always be rememberd by us.

You will be remembered for your work

Thanks Senator for all you have done for the state of Rhode Island and for the rest of the country
