I have so many loving memories of him when I was a kid growing up in Seattle... the warmth of his smile, his lasting friendship with my Dad and Mom. Uncle Toby was truly a great Uncle. He was an inspiration to many to us. I remember one day myself and his oldest son Brian were up at Lake Whatcom working on the boat dock, we had rented an electric jack hammer from Home Depot and persuade to break up the rock in the reservoir to allow for the future boat dock. It was raining that day the lake was full and it amazes me to this day why didn't all three of us get electrocuted.
