Clair Kephart

Clair passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017. Clair was a resident of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Clair graduated from Cooper Township High School in 1940, after graduating he served one year in the Civilian Conservation Corps.
