Not sure what to say?

I got to know Clair through the Stockmen's Association. While we didn't work there at the same time, he became an incredible mentor to me long after he retired. He worked hard for the cattle producers of North Dakota and I will always cherish the time and effort he devoted both to his job as EVP and in encouraging me as I hold that job 40 some years later. May he rest in peace!

I came to know and love Claire. My grandfather-in-law, Joe Milton, and father-in-law, Skip Milton were associated with him in the Stockmen's Association. I was married to Skip's daughter, Wanda. Claire would make it a point to visit us anytime he was in Bismarck. Claire was a jewelry maker and made Wanda a turquoise and silver ring that she cherished until the day she died. I will miss his friendly smile and great conversations with this very interesting gentleman...

My condolences to your family Mary Ann. My prayers are with you. Rev. Rick Loewen
