I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Conlons passing. I remember her as so kind hearted with always a positive, sweet thing to say. May she rest in peace. Patti

Our memories of Claire will always be her great love for Jack, her children and grandchildren. It has been an honor to have watched the Conlon family grow and with the addition of sweet baby Daniel a new generation has begun. The pictures of Claire with him are precious and we know you will all cherish all of your photos with her - she was one of a kind. For a small gal she had a big voice that deserved to be heard! Let´s not also forget her love for anything chocolate and remember her each...

Sorry to hear of Claire's passing. I worked with Jack in the phone company for many years. I met Claire thru Jack & spent many halloween's visiting their house with my son , Chris Claire, was always such a sweet lady. My deepest sympathy to the Conlon family
