CLAIRE DUNN

Claire was quite intelligent and perceptive of the working of government and the Health Service System itself. She could lucidly render the intricate working and policies of the System itself. But she did not have a mean bone in her body. This was a very important combination in advocating for all city employees, active and retired.
I have remembered her in my prayers and in Kaddish.
May her memory be a blesssing.
