Sr. Jane Claire Simon was the sweetest of sweet humans I have ever known. She was a friend to me, my wife, Mary Ellen, and our two children, Michael and Teresa when they were young, and we all lived in Zephyrhills, FL. Many times she was a guest at our home, and she doted over our children, especially Teresa. She would take the children to the park, tell them stories, and play games.
