I find it difficult to express the sorrow I felt when I learned that Claire had died. When our granddaughter was diagnosed with severe hearing loss and unable to communicate, we were introduced to Claire. Claire helped quide our granddaughter's education and was always there to help our family. She was a wonderful person.We will miss her.
