Claire A Plummer (nee Gardner), age 72, passed away on November 25, 2022. Beloved wife of 52 years to Clayton D. Plummer. Adored mother of Clayton L. Plummer, Megan A Plummer, and Suzanne M. Rosol (Robert). Loving Grand Mother of Stephen, Morgan, and Sydney Williams; Abigail, Robert, and Daniel Rosol. Cherished daughter of Richard and Janet Gardner (nee Cole) (both deceased). The family shall receive friends on Thursday, December 1, 2022, from 4-7 p.m. at the Chambers Funeral Home (West Park) 4420 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135. An 11:30 a.m. funeral Mass shall be celebrated on Friday, December 2, 2022, at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church 3644 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44111. A private Interment shall be at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date, 14609 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Claire’s name are suggested to: Cleveland St. Ignatius High School (1911 W. 30th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113) in support of mental health services provided by the school

We will miss Claire in exercise class at UH Avon Fitness Center. She was a dear lady who always came with a smile, and fun enthusiasm. Clayton you were so attentive to her. Very inspiring! God bless your family.

Claire was a very important part of our life at OLA and at St. Joseph Academy. She was always active in so many of the social events and always so full of life. She always made us smile and had some wonderful children. Claire will be truly missed. So sorry the years have passed so quickly that we seem to lose touch with our old friends until it is too late. Our thoughts, prayers and blessings go out to the Plummer family. God has another Angel in heaven.
