Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences to the Sherrod family. I loved Ms Claire and am so sorry for you guys loss. Ms Claire was such a nice lady and truly genuine.

Claire befriended my mother - Cecile - after meeting her through my mother's cousin Floyd. A wonderful, sweet person, my husband and I immediately adopted her into our family (we were caregivers to my mother at the time). Ironically, I learned that Kim DeGruy was caring for Claire (I worked with Kim at Wicker School years earlier). There was so much that tied us together but the ultimate bond was the love that grew between us. We lost contact with Claire as our Cecile passed on in May 2017...

Although a year later, I just found out....I want to offer my deepest condolences & Just to say MrsClaire was one of the most giving, genuine people I have met, we worked together many years ago at Miller Manor a Group Home for Women with Downs Syndrome & Other Challenges....We stayed in touch a few years but then Life, Time & Distance... I think of her often, A Truely Beautiful Person

Condolences to the Sherrod family on the loss of your mother. Ms. Sherrod was my second grade teacher at Blessed Sacrament. Over the years we were in contact with one another, she was such a sweet and caring lady. Rest in heaven dear Claire.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

The Simon-Gourrier Family extend our sincerest condolences to the Sherrod Family. May you have peace knowing that Ms Claire is resting in the arms of the Lord.

Al, Marlene, and Reggie loved "Momma Claire", MeMe very very much. We will miss you every day. RIP.
