So sorry to read of Claire's passing.
She was a dear friend of my older sister
Geraldine [Jerry] Jeffery Maddrill, deceased. Claire called me after Jerry's passing 5 years ago. My sister was 12 years older then I was but I still remember the good times they had together. Jerry was a bridesmaid and I was a flower girl at she and Jacks wedding.
I will always think of Claire's Mother Flo as one of the original "Auntie Mame's".
