Read MoreI am so sorry to learn of the passing of Clara. She was a very sweet person, and I, along with my daughters, Janet and Mallory, are grateful to have met her. We enjoyed helping Clara with several of her home projects.

So sorry to hear that Clara is no longer here with us. I remember her smile so well every time she came to our "foot clinic" no matter the difficulty. She was always upbeat and an inspiration to us all. I am better for knowing her even for such a short time. She is missed.

I worked with Clara at the Bureau of Computer Services in the 1980's. When my father died suddenly while vacationing in New Zealand, Clara made a special point of coming to my cubicle and telling me how sorry she was about my dad. I am nearly in tears now thinking about her compassionate act. Thank you, Clara.
