Clara "Mae" Ladd

My name is Clara Charlene Shuffler, first-born daughter of C.L. and Juanita Shuffler in Bakersville, NC. Charlie and Mae were dear friends of my parents. Their friendship was so precious that I was named Clara, a lifelong tribute to Mae.

My parents mourn the loss of their friend. She was a truly special lady and her memory will forever live in the hearts of our family.
