Clara Pack Obituary
Mrs. Pack was a member of Crestview Church of Christ. She enjoyed cooking at Backwoods Christian Camp and going to the YMCA. Mrs. Pack was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Lowell Pack; brothers, J.L. McElroy, Maron McElroy, Herbert McElroy, Billey McElroy, Lamar McElroy and Lowell McElroy; sisters, Roseleen Fox, Imogene Allen and Dorothy Loftin.
Survivors: son, Rolland William (Rebecca) Pack, Henderson, Tenn.; daughter, Sharon (Danny) Dale, Attalla; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Truman Orel McElroy, Cartersville, Ga.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Crestview Church of Christ Building Fund, Gadsden YMCA, D.A.R.T., or your favorite charity.
Honorary pallbearers: Dr. Ralph Wesley, Elders and Deacons of the Crestview Church of Christ.
The family would like to express special gratitude and appreciation to the staff of Gadsden Health and Rehab, Lawley Hospice and Amedisys Home Health.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel.

So sorry to hear of sister Clara's passing. She IS truly a fine Christian lady. I say "is" because, as you know, she is still very much alive, as she has just moved to a much better place. While she will be missed here, imagine the grand reunion she is enjoying with Lowell, her other family members who preceeded her in their move to Heaven, along with Eli and so many other faithful believers. Not only is she very much alive in the presence of her Lord, but her legacy will live on in you, her family, who anticipate a grand reunion some day. May God bless & comfort you all as you miss Clara's presence among you.

Though I did not know your mother, it has been a great pleasure to be friend and colleague of Rolland and Becca. I pray that the sadness you all feel will be outweighed by the joy that Mrs. Pack is no longer suffering.
