Not sure what to say?

Dear Moretta and Clara's boys, I have never met you all. You are my cousins and I love you all. One day i would love to meet you. I am Kappys daughter Victoria/vickie. I loved my aunt clara very much even though we didnt see each other that often. But when we did, it was as though we always had. I am always interested in my cousins because we are all a part of a very special family. I am so happy that Clara saw my mama and her mama before she passed. What comfort this is for all of us. Love,...

Clara loved and was loved. We will never forget her, nor her lebkugen (sp.) and her bird calls.

ahhhhhhh........i shall never forget the taste of my first "Mrs Sperl's strawberry/rhubarb pie," when she joined us for dinner in officers' mess LeConte circa 1976!!!!!!! -Cap'n Shep

Brings back memories of our childhood days on Thane Road, playing as innocent children on the beach ... Condolences and prayers for your family. Susan (Cooley) Moss, Adrienne Cooley for our family.

I am so sorry to read about her passing. I knew her via Tampsann. Every time I would run into to her, she was always so friendly. My thought and prayers are with the family.

Clara was freindly, outgoing, sharing and a great neighbot at Thane. She was a Pioneer having lived through much of the growth of Juneau from the early days. Her stories were wonderful.

Our Mother Rita T. Thomas so much enjoyed her visits with your dear mother Clara. She was a lovely, intelligent, and compassionate women. Our condolences to the Sperl family.

We are sorry to hear of Clara's passing. She was surely an "original".....her own person with many skills and interests. Our condolences to her family.
