Clara Stringer

I am saddened to find Clara has passed. I think of Clara from time to time. Clara was a sweet, quite girl at Bayou View Elem. I will never forget when several of us were invited to a sleepover to celebrate Clara's birthday. I believe we were in the 5th or 6th grade. Clara's mother was ill, Marilyn cooked spaghetti and a beautiful cake. Marilyn and her father wanted her Birthday to be special. The family moved after the 6th grade. clara was like her mom and and dad both wonderful people. I met them when My brother lived in royal Estates they were neighbors but Clara never forgot who I was always nice and polite when I saw her. rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of working with Clara many years. We had many talks and she always thanked me for listening to her and giving her time to help her. Clara you will be missed!! You would be so surprised all the people you touched. RIP Clara!
