Clara Elizabeth Tisdale

Clara Elizabeth "Betty" Richardson Tisdale, of Tampa, Florida, died on July 21, 2025, as a result of congestive heart failure. She was born on June 16, 1937, in Newport News, VA to William Albert Richardson and Mary Louise Solomon. She retired from federal service after 42 years on June 3, 2000....
