Clara and Sam took quite a liking to my son Sam when he was young. He used to sit with them in church on Sunday mornings. If they weren't in church on a particular Sunday, he wanted to make sure they were okay. If I remember right, Sam sat with them for almost a year. Remarkably, he didn't have any issue with them being deaf and they had no issue with him wiggling too much. Sam T. used to put his arm around them both and just smile.
