Clara K. Walker

Clara was a wonderful lady. She was so caring for all her students at Atherton. I am happy she was a friend of mine.

Clara was a wonderful and loving teacher. She set the example for me, years ago, as a new special education teacher. She tried to meet all of her student's needs and was a beautiful guiding force in our school. I am grateful to have known her. Peace and comfort to her family. Shelli (McCormick) Hester Hyde

I worked with Clara at Atherton Middle School. I was the Special Education Secretary. Clara was a wonderful teacher to her students. Her paper work was always done with great detail regarding the student. Such a warm and loving person. I know she is in heaven waiting for all her friends and family. It was a blessing to know her.

I have wonderful memories of visiting "The Fischers" when we were small, and then the family reunions, to see all my cousins and aunts and uncles. Clara was the oldest grandchild and I was the youngest. She is a really sweet person with a wonderful smile that I will always remember until we meet again in Heaven. May God's love and peace fill the hearts of Keith, Kevin, Babe and all who will miss her.

She was an amazing teacher and mentor to many. I always looked up to her and I am so thankful for having known her. She was a kind, loving and devout Christian. I saw her 7 years ago when she attended my mothers memorial service. They graduated together at Kearsley Class of 1949. Rest in eternity my friend .
