I was blessed to have met Mother Whitlock. Although I only met her once, when I visited her at ECMC, it was an experience that I will never forget. The image of this soft spoken, confidant soldier of the Lord is an image that I will carry with me always. God moved on me when I was with her to not only pray with and for her but to also share a word of encouragement with her, which I was later informed, moved her in a mighty way. How blessed I feel to have had you in my life. No one could have asked for a more loving grandmother. I thank you for teaching me about the importance of a relationship with the Lord! I thank you for always siding with me against my mom and dad even when I was wrong. I thank you for allowing me to make you laugh and smile. I just Thank You! I rejoice knowing that you are no longer suffering or laboring. Words cant express how much I will miss you! I LOVE YOU NAN!!!
