Sister Clare taught at Fairfield University in the 1970s in in a Master's Program entitled "American Studies." I was blessed to have her as a lecturer. She was a consummate, compassionate, thorough teacher, but most of all, she valued each and every one of us as God's own beloved, and treated us as such.
