Not sure what to say?

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family of this wonderful man. I have heard so much about him over the years that I always asked about grandpa. I have enjoyed hearing about his happy times with the Detroit Red Wings and been saddened by his health challenges. It is such a blessing that you were able to enjoy his humor for so many years. God bless you all through your time of bereavement. LaWayne Cook (Katie)

May you Rest In Peace Sir and Thank You for your Service

A man so gentle, kind, and loving...he will be missed with a tear and a smile. Clare gave far more than he ever received but yet that was perfect for him, a man of such high respect and love! We will forever miss your sweet soul but treasure the years of joy with you! God speed our friend!❤

Truly Beloved

I have been a friend of Clare's daughter Nancee since we were 18 years old and had many occasions to spend time in Clare's company and always enjoyed him very much. He truly was a remarkable man and always lived his own motto : keep moving, be kind, and if you don't have any fun it's your own damn fault. I don't think it was possible to be in his company and not be taken in by his good nature and love of life. He will be greatly missed.

So sorry for the loss of your loved one. May the fond memories you've shared, the support of family and friends, and the uplifting promises found in God's Word, carry you through your grief, and bring you immeasurable comfort, strength and peace. 2 Thessalonians 3:16
