Not sure what to say?

Dear Maureen, I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother. I remember visiting your home and swimming in the pool with the giant script "C" painted on the bottom. I found this obituary of your mother as I was looking for you. I hope you are well and that we can get in touch.

I am so sorry to her of Clare's passing. She was such a pistol! We came from very different ends of the political spectrum and yet we found our mutual admiration as adoptive parents to find the common ground to which we developed a mutual friendship. She was so full of fire and passion. My deepest condolences to all who loved her.

It begins to sink in the midst of winter hibernation, deprived of meetings, cut off by Covid, unconsciously anticipating spring when we will come out & embrace the warmth of our dear friendship that this Spring I will not be meeting with my beloved Clare. Our steps on the lane & to the lake are precious memories. Sharing with Rob & you all now her smile & way. Thank you with love -Dan

I never met Clare, but I have heard so much about her (all good) from my dear friend Mary Pat, her daughter.
My heart goes out to Clare’s family and friends. ❤

I never met Clare, but her life is astounding. Heartfelt condolences to her family and friends. God bless her.

Clare McGuinness: Here was a fighter for the poor and the vulnerable. In her personal and family life, Clare was dedicated and inspirational. In her professional life, she used her many talents always to help others. I hope they put up a large plaque about her somewhere for all to remember her and learn about her life and legal achievements.

Brilliant!

I miss you mom❤ You are my inspiration, my strength and the one who taught me compassion. Rest In Peace.
